How to Sell with Us

Drop-Off Selling Appointment
1. Book your Appointment Online
Select a date. You may drop off items anytime during store hours on your scheduled date. Please cancel or reschedule, if plans change.
2. Bring your Items on your Appointment Date
Bring one large bag or bin only. All items must fit inside — no loose items.
3. We Review & Select
We review and select items based on current inventory needs and condition. We will text you when we are done.
4. Pick Up & Receive Store Credit
Unselected items are returned to you, and store credit is issued for accepted items at pick up. If you’d like any unselected items donated, please let us know.

Stay & Sort Selling Appointment
1. Book your Appointment Online Select a date and time. Please be on-time on your scheduled date. Please cancel or reschedule, if plans change.
2. Bring your Items
Bring two grocery bags of clothing only. All items must fit inside — no loose items.
3. We Sort on the Spot
We review and select items based on current inventory needs and condition. This takes about 15 minutes, please plan accordingly. Unselected items are returned to you. Pricing is completed at a later time.
4. Get Store Credit
Store credit is issued for accepted items once the completion text is sent — nothing to pick up, and the credit is added to your account.
